Sometimes, when you edit your post, it adds the "Edited by .." line. Sometimes it does n't. How does it work? It seems to me that there is a time after your post ( say , several minutes ), during which are entitled to edit your post without that line being created.. Is it correct?

a message edited within 5 minutes of being posted will not have the "edited by.."
