My name is Dimana Krastevitch and I am from Bulgaria. I am 20 years old and I live in Palm Harbor, Florida with my family. We moved to the States with a green card 3 years ago for a better opportunity for my tennis and my brother's future. I am born in March 26th 1982 in Sofia, Bulgaria. I am left handed, 5.05 ft. tall and I weigh 127 pounds. I started playing tennis when I was 8 in a small club in Sofia, Bulgaria, but nobody took me seriously. There was a lot of kids for not enough coaches. My parents noticed my love of the game and decided to send me in France. There was this great tennis academy in Paris and I went there to check it out for 2 weeks. I liked and we decided to go for it. I was 12 when I went there by myself. That was the hardest time in my life. It was tough for everyone but now I have no regrets. I met my coach there who taught me everything and thanks to him I am this player today. If I make it one day I owe it all to him. I spent a lot of years practicing there about 6 hours a day and sometimes even more. I didn't play a lot of juniors tennis cause I wasn't good enough and I had to catch up with everybody else. Few years later I became a great player with a top tennis level but not enough experience. Since I graduated I started playing a lot of tournaments and my best year was 2002 when I went from 580 to 350 WTA Ranking. Now the problems is that all, this money that was spent for my tennis is gone. My parents cannot support me anymore and I can't take care of my own expenses yet. I know what it is to make a sacrifice because of something that you love... I gave up a lot of things in my life because of this game and I know what it takes to realize something really difficult. I work hard and I am ready to do what it take to make it. If all these girls can so can I. Wouldn't it be sad if I couldn't realize my dreams because of a financial problem? My goal is to be top 100 next year. So please if you are reading this and you are willing to help me, please do so. I would greatly appreciate it.
