I just called and the man acted like I was crazy when I asked who Samantha played first round. He had to ask me what I said about 5 times. The last time he said "Oh, You're talking about the challenger" and I said "YES!". Then he said "Well when is she supposed to play?". Thats when I knew that he had NO clue.
