July is bad because it's middle of grass season after clay season. Tashkent is hardcourts! Also, the weather was really hot. October is cooler.

this is a pretty good time to play really as players head back into Europe from far-east.

June is too hot in Tashkent, and with 300 sun days a year they have had a incredablr bad luck as it rained for most of te week during the ITF junior tournament in April
