She's entered in Dubai two weeks from now and according to my calculations that's her 11th tournament and under the AER, isn't she only allowed to play 10?

She's only allowed to play 10 + GS's. She played the Qual Wimbledon and the US-Open which is not included in her 10 tournaments. So she can play Dubai.

Her birthday is Jan 25th, since then she's played Fullerton, Hyderabad, Estoril, Bol, Rome, Galatina, Modena, Innsbruck, Bronx, and Tokyo plus the two slams. I think she should be done for the year, but I don't know.
