And one more Russian player with ranking points. I just had a look at her file in Juniors. She didn't play many tourneys. Not bad being twice QF in a grade 2. These are the only tourneys she played this year. She could have been top 100 ranked in Juniors if she'd played more, I think.

Fear not, I happen to be in Oulu now and have watched this tournament in couple days. Thanks to Sylvain getting players' ages for me.

Adaczak first match went very quickly, I was watching the other match mostly and it seemed that she double-bageled her hapless opponent whilst I blinked. She seems to have lotsa power, gotta take closer look tomorrow.

Meusburger (that name makes me think of food, how comes), okay first match against Estonian qualifier Poliakova who had nice serve but not much else. Yvonne doesn't hit that hard but plays fast aggressive game.

Vorobieva-Buryachok exciting match which V. barely won, they're both quite pretty, esp. blonde Julia who unfortunately lost her next match. Vorobieva is fast and she has good forehand, but she makes lots of errors too. She may have future potential.

Saw few games from Essi Laine vs Collischonn match, Collischonn is a small blonde girl who at the times hits very hard and flat and if the first two games were any clue, tries insane amount of drop shots (just in about every rally).

Meusburger-Collischonn was not very good quality, lots of errors from both. Collischonn was pretty emotional at the times and when she lost she threw her racquet very violently. Is it true that she is almost 21? 'Cause she looks more like 12.

Bondarenko - Laine first set was awesome, Bondarenko is fairly attractive girl with good first serve, and hard and accurate strokes. Laine is a small girl with very solid baseline game who moves extremely well and first set was great fight. Alas she lost steam in second set.

Adamczak struggled against Bahn because she made so many errors. She is a strong girl who goes for broke with almost every shot a'la young Venus, including second serve. I view her as a favourite to win but she really needs to cut errors.

Bondarenko/Kuzmina are entertaining doubles pair, they have good time on court, bit like Spice Girls (mmm..Martina needs to come back). Much more fun to watch than Meusburger/Melch or Laine sisters who were much more business-like.
