I had a look at the rankings just now and noticed that both Ansley Cargill (#94) and Lubomira Kurhajcova (#112) each have 36 tournaments next to their name
This seems like an awful lot of tournaments played for top 120 players! They have the highest amount of events played out of the current top 200 players, with Maria Geznenge (34) and Alina Jidkova (33) and anyone else I've missed, behind them.
Anyway, does anyone know who has the most amount of tournaments played out of all ranked players? Is it still Keiko Tameishi, who I think had around 40 last year? Not necessary information I know, but just thought I'd ask...
I know players can play as much as they like, and some desperately need an income (i.e. Mireille Dittmann, who always has between 30-35 events to her name), but anything over 35, particularly for a top 120 player, just seems like way too much
I thought I'd throw this topic in here...might get a better response.
