Matthias, she's the junior WORLD CHAMPION in doubles! She deserves some attention doesn't she?
Besides, who else besides Elke have we got as a "hot young player"? Kirsten Flipkens, that's all.
And Kirsten & Elke both get a lot of attention here, not just Elke.

I saw Elke playing three times last week...and I can tell you she not just Kim's sister. She didn't play well in her match against Schnyder (nervous) but she has a great serve, a strong forehand and a decent backhand. In her doubles match against Perebiynis/Gubacsi she was the BEST player on court by far!!!! Really she played high quality tennis and scored winners from anywhere on court. If she can play a little more consistent she's absolutely a good player.

Well...I think, when you offer Anna-Lena a Wildcard, then you must all the young players (Werner, Kardys, Petkovic) give one.
I don´t think it´s right, when just one player gots all the support with wildcards an so, just because of the name.
