For those who do not read the General Messages section, you may wonder in the days ahead why our Eggy is not with us.

Eggy announced on General Messages that his younger brother was killed in a car crash yesterday. I know all his friends in the Challenger forum are with him in their hearts at this terrible time.

Things like this don't deserve to happen to anyone, but certainly not a class act like TBE. I'm gutted. My condolences to him and his entire family.

I forgot to say, Eggy posted that cannot know when he will feel like coming back. It could be days, or it could be far longer. It could be never.

It is so hard to picture this board without him, that I don't want to even think about it. :sad:

It's terrible news, and it definately puts things into perspective.

You are right, this board just would not be the same without him. He's like the heart and soul of it. But we cant be selfish in that way of thinking...he needs to be with his family and deal with his grief :sad: and hopefully when he is ready, he'll join us again, however long it takes.

This is where I'll miss you the most, TBE. Nobody knows the business of Challenger Tennis quite like you do.
As soon as you get the rest of your life back to some sense of order, I hope you'll come back to the forum. As I said on the other thread; I'm sure that's what your brother would want you to do.
