For winning Belfort where will Anne K get a play-in into?

FEED UP: $170,000 DOHA, QAT 10 FEBRUARY 2003.

Is it a qualification play in or main draw? Anyone have any idea what her new rank will be?

Do you think that she is more likely to accept her feed-up into the Doha qualies or would she be better off at the Southampton 25k main draw. I would say that she has a good chance of winning the 25k event in Southampton and more likely to collect more points, but you never know......

Better to play Southampton than a tier 3 qualies in a far away land.

I agree too, after all Anne has no points to defend at the moment, so it is the perfect time for her to see what it like to play in an Tier event.

I think the decsion is probably out of her hands though.... The LTA make them all play the Bristish challenger events - kind of payback for supporting them as juniors and the financial support they still receive now to help them with travelling expenses.

Bally had her feed-up in Quebec last year, but was forced to play in the Glasgow Challenger event.

Doha has a really strong entry this year though - unless Bush invades this weekend! So it would be better for her to play in Southampton.

I know that Bally is sticking with challengers for her next few events, then headinmg off to play in some in the US and trying to qualify for Miami. She is then playing Fed Cup, training and trying to qualify for the French. Anne K doesnt work with Alan Jones and Jo Durie anymore, so she may choose a different schedule for herself.

I don't know where she should play.Its a tough decision depends where she feels like playing.Skiping Doha may be a better choice schedule wise.She has committed to a 25k in the Czech Republic on the 24th so looks like she'll play indoor in europe this month.

Anne would be in qualies without that feed-up. Anyway I definetely think she will stay playing indors in Europe
