(T) = Tour, as in Hastings Direct Tour. I'm guessing that the top 4 in the 'points pool' must get an entry here. But i would also guess that the top 4 will be in MD direct anyway.

good luck
Elena
Hannah
Emily ;)
Jane

I suspect it will probably be won by Jane

she'd beat everyone 6-0 6-0 if they played it on clay ;)

i think this event will be really competitive, much more so than the *yawn* mens event.

Lots of girls can win it coz its hardcourt, stupid time to have it, the girsl are bang in the middle of a series of tier 3's and 's they can be playing and also teh series of GB 25k's.

Would make far more sense to hold it in clay court season on Grass, lol.

Thanks Paul

Can't wait for it to start. I'm pulling for Julie Pullin to win.

Wait. Pulling for Pullin? Did I just say that? That was lame.

I'm tired. Goodnight.

P.S. Best wishes to Paul's #1 bagel girl Carly Homewood.

ranking points LMAO

if that was the case the Brits would never play anyone else other than Brits just to get some players in top 100

lol, its the national champs, u cant get points.

They could try to turn it into a masters event and invite a couple of foreigners (irish and selima) but even then they'd be hard pushed to make it mroe than a 10k and most brits would go to luxembourg instead!!

Bluey thats all thats been published. 2 wc's are still to be announced, but on this weeks rankings both south and o'brien would be md directly.

also another 2 'tour' spots to be filled in, coz pool hasnt been finalised yet,i think.

So, as things stand (assuming no withdrawals), Alice MacKenzie and Mhairi Neish will be in the qualifying draw, not main draw. I'm sure Hannah Grady will be there too as she was last year.
