There does seem to be a livestream on the official webpage, in the Japanese version. If you go to http://aigopen.jp/08/index.shtml it's the bit that says Live! Live! Live!. When you hold your mouse over it it says http://www.tennisonline.jp/user/login/live_login.jsp

You seem to have to register, I've been trying to do it with the help of googletranslate but haven't quite managed it yet. The registration page is here: http://www.tennisonline.jp/user/member/MemberRegist.jsp

I have tried the same and got open a video from last year.
I think you have to pay too.
Also I seem to remember seeing something (badly translasted) that looked like Live streams not available in your location.
And even if I could find out where I should pay, I wouldn't try as I cannot read enough to feel safe with card info ETC.
Pity though.

A pity indeed. Umm, did you manage to play that video from last year? It seems like you can't access any of the videos without paying but I'm not sure.

Yes I logged in with free login and played 1/2 min of 1 to see if I could get to work.
