That is possible. Unusual to cramp up early in the 2nd set but this isn't a normal match. Even at that point it had been going 90 mins in a hot temperture and I suspect the rallies have probably been quite grueling. If it was cramps it would be tough for Maria but not impossible. She will need to drink lots of fluids and the trainers will have given her some pills which help. We will see what happens.
