As the national capital, Brasília is the seat of all three branches of the Brazilian government (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Politics_of_Brazil). The city also hosts the headquarters of many Brazilian companies such as the Bank of Brazil (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Banco_do_Brasil), Caixa Econômica Federal (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caixa_Econ%C3%B4mica_Federal) and Brasil Telecom (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brasil_Telecom). The city is a world reference for urban planning. The locating of residential buildings (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Building) around expansive urban areas, of building the city around large avenues (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Avenue) and dividing it into sectors, has sparked a debate and reflection on life in big cities in the 20th century. The city’s planned design included specific areas for almost everything, including accommodation – Hotel Sectors North and South. However, new areas are now being developed as locations for hotels, such as the Hotels and Tourism Sector North, located on the shores of Lake Paranoá. Brasília offers modern and comfortable hotels, including hotels managed by international chains; but it also offers cozy and modest inns, B&Bs (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bed_and_Breakfast) and hostels (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hostel).

Fernanda played very consistent all the match. In 1st set, when the score was 5/3 to Fernanda, i thought she would be lose the set, cause she lost attention, and made 2 double faults in a row, then Tatiana tied the set 5/5. Then Fernanda served and won, and in the last game Fernanda was flawless, and did 00/40 and then won the 1st set.
2nd set Tatiana was very sad and seemed very slow on the court and Fernanda make good use of this, and won easy this set. Fernanda, in my opinion, after this match, was the best player that i saw to play today.

Carla Beltrami vs Fernanda Faria 6-1 6-7 6-3

Carla moves easy on the court, very good shape, she was going to take any ball, in any place of the court. Fernanda have a very good vary of hits, but she´s very unexperienced. Carla had hit with more power in the ball, and in 1st set she didn´t give chances to Fernanda. 2nd set, the good variation of balls of Fernanda makes the difference when Carla was winning 6-5 and 40-30. In tie break Carla was very boring cause last game still, so she did a lot of unforced errors and then she delivered the tie break to Fernanda. 3rd set Fernanda started very well till when she was winning 3-2. Then she lost the focus and after, lost the match...6-3.

Nathalia Rossi vs Maria Claudia Santos Sant´anna 6-4 7-5

Nathalia was not playing very well, she played just enough to won the match. Maria Claudia is very young, and very temperamental; all the time she was shouting with her coach. This was the worst single match of the day.

Carla is an amazing doubles player, i hope she keep to going better about her injury on the left knee, to play singles so good as doubles. She helped a lot Fabiana(very young), and hit hard in the ball all the time...it was very funny when in the 1st match she did wrong a ball and the she shout very loud "this way, till my mommy win me". But she played very well all the time, especially in decisive points. Congratulations for the title CARLA AND FABIANA!!!

I hope you will be able to watch the match between Estefanía and Larissa both players are very good for a future tournament but they have some healthy problems and not sure with Larissa case but Stefy had an injury and then changed her coach so let see what she can do in this part of the year.

What a battle in doubles :eek: , happy to see both Carlitas doing well in doubles :cool:
Did Natalia Guitler learn something new in doubles,because with her new coach who was a great doubles player could reach a little more far in the rankings..

Larissa is getting to her best shape...unhappily i saw tomorrow she in an interview, and she said that the tournament in Brasília(she lives here)have been very good, cause she´s playing for fun, but she said that just will to think come back to the circuit, if have better conditions, like having a sponsor, because before she had injured(last year), who pays for everything was her parents and the prizes that eventually won. I hope Larissa can get a nice comeback and got some sponsors;this tournament is to be serving for this.

Guys, i´m watching live singles final. 1st set Nathalia won 6-2. I think Fernanda is a little nervous, cause if i can remember, this is the 1st singles final she plays. She did a lot of unforced errors, and respected the Nathalia´s baseline game(she is left hand and play very well on the baseline). 2nd set is starting now. i will update game by game

the set is tied...Fernanda is improving a lot now...when Nathalia did 2-0 seems like Fernanda was giving up the game.
