*After each team has played on each surface the winners will be decided!!!

I want to be fair concerning Fed Cup!!! I will be leaving for San Antonio on Thursday for a big tournament and will not return until Sunday. If Fed Cup does not start today (because of lack of points, no team line-up etc.), It will begin Monday of next week because I don't want to start and have a 4 day break!
