Welcome to Stockholm!, brought to you by Adrian1992. The 48th tournament of the Tennis Tipping season. Read the rules and sign-up information and then decide to join.

Playing the game is simple:
- before the tournament start the main draw is made.
- if you're in the qualifying you send in your pick of day 1 matches in a PM to the person running the tournament (including the set ratios for each match) You also send the exact score of one chosen match by the person running the tournament as a tie-breaker. The result you get is used throughout the qualifying rounds
- main draw starts on day 2, all qualifiers and players directly into the main draw send their picks with set ratios and a tie-breaker score to the person running the game
- the results will be posted as soon as possible.
- you have to send your picks, before the first match of the day starts, if you send your picks late, then all the picks for the matches already started or finished won't be counted
- a match will not count in case of a retirement, withdrawal, if a player is defaulted or any late schedule changes
- you get a point for each correctly predicted winner and a bonus point for the correctly predicted set ratio, the person running the game can decide if the set ratios get counted for a certain round (you're still obliged to send them), this depends on the number of matches, if there is a large number of matches played in one day, then set ratios might not get counted.

- you team up with another player of TT tournament and the score of the team is the combined scores of both players
- for commiting your team, just post a commitment in the relative thread of the TT tournament, like "posterA/posterB is a team"

Tomorows action will start with the match David vs. Goliath on Centre Court at Noon. aniamajewska, unranked player from Poland will try to pull out German number 5 and 4th seed of TT Stockholm, Adrian1992. aniamajewska already beaten 3 players, among of them was Top 90 player, number 5 seed sinkordia from Hungary and Top seed player Gavnich77, ranked as 59 in the last rankings!!!
Gavnich77 was last years runner-up and now will lose some points because of the Polish underdog. Adrian1992 beat 2 players on his way to the semi-final, tangchenbo2008(BLR/125) and kuliza, also Hungarian, ranked as 93. The newcomer is on fire, what he shows with his latest results in Bad Gastein(SF) and with the Final in Budapest 3 weeks ago. Last week he took a break because he played all tournaments in a row since Prague in April, where he started his young career.

Second match on Centre will be not less interesting as the first. Not before 1 PM, Schwabenpfeil from Germany will pass the exam which matpaw88, 2nd seed in TT Stockholm, is going to give him.
The Pole is good known on the TT Tour, but has till yet nothing special done in 2008. But this tourney may be a tourn around for him. Beating his opponents with perfect scorelines in 2nd round and in todays Quater-Final, he might be the favourite for tomorows match.
But the German, third seed, won't give up too early. He is/was in a slump the last couple of weeks in singels with diverse deaftments in 1st round but now it seems he learned from them and is able to fight for a final here in Stockholm

After the 2 semi-finals, double semis will go on on Centre Court but not before 3 PM. Top seed in singel Gavnich77, will try togehter with tangchenbo2008 to reach atleast the Final in doubles. Their opponent will be the Argentine dulkogii and the unknown and unranked Frenchman trucul. The 2 underdogs today beat, in a really close and hard battle, number 2 seeds sinkordia/kuliza. It will be interesting to see if they can repeat their run or will go under aginst 4th seeds.

Last match on Centre Court will be interesting like the 3 before. Maybe it will be the most thrilling of them. Top seeds from Poland, matpaw88 togehter with his brother What's_going_on, will play against the inform team from Germany, Adrian1992/Schwabenpfeil. In the H2H the Germans are leading with 1-0 but it's sure that the Poles won't lose a second time aginst them. Also the fact that What's_going_on should be more relexad then the others, because he lost his singels round 2 match to Schwabenpfeil yesterday, give more chances at his team. On the other side, Adrian and Michi are searching all possible match practise so short before the Olympic Games in Peking, that they surely will give all to win that match. With the Final in Budapest and the Semi-Final in Austria 2 weeks before they show, that they are on fire.
