Selima has lived in France nearly all her life, resides currently in France, and speaks to herself in French on the court (no accent), not Arabic.
She was trained in France and probably has all of her tennis contacts in France, she is, or has, become.... Francaise. I know she was born in Tunisia to Tunisian parents, and plays under the Tunisian flag, this is fine, but she is indeed, 'culturaly' French more than Tunisian imo.

Of course, this has nothing to do with justifying why she was given the WC. She still plays under a Tunisian flag, but she is indeed popular in France, and has a much more interesting game than many other players in this tournament.

pppfff... deja pour avoir une WC il faut la demander.... certaines joueuses preferent passer par les qualifs pour gagner plus de points...
Apresz tu trouves peut etre pas les résultats de Virginie a la hauteur mais elle a un bilan positif sur cette saison, et c'est sa 1ere WC de la saison !!! Youlia ( que j'apprécie bcp au passage ) a des moins bon résultats que Virginie sur ce début de saison et a deja eu la WC a Saint-Malo... et pour Andrieux elle est quand même tres loin au classement il est normal que la WC revienne a Virginie !!! Enfin je pense que tout ca es aussi calculé et qu'il y a des chance que Julie et Youlia entrent direct ;)

Après concernant Selima, elle est certe Tunisienne, mais vie en france depuis plus de 15ans, est licenciée a la fédération francaise de tennis, elle joue pour un club francais, elle peu bénéficier des instalations de la fft et est presente sur les ITF francais depuis des années... les WC qu'elle recoie sont tres rarement des WC de la fft mais des WC de l'organisation des tournois car elle leur a toujours été fidele ;)
