It's the supertiebreak. Instead of having a real third set, after splitting the first 2 sets, the two teams play a super tiebreak to determine the winner (first to 10 wins)

Yes, it's just for doubles. It was already applied last year for some tournaments, but this year all tournaments use this new system except for the Slams.

According to this new system, there is no more Ad, which means that whoever wins the pt at deuce wins the game.
