Maybe for doubles, you could add the two players singles points together?

example:-

Player A's first set = 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13
Player B's first set = 10,12,14,16,18,11,13,15,17,19,20,21

so Player A and B's doubles first set would be:-

1+10=11
2+12=14
3+14=17

etcetera.
