I received a notice from a poster, saying that Lukasz and Dizoo have both cheated in TT Vina del Mar. They run the tournament together and are now both in the singles final. From checking I can see that Dizoo has been posting during the event of the IP of Lukasz. This is already strict forbidden on this board, since they probably traded passwords.

Yesterday Dizoo asked me via PM which picks should be counted, since Lukasz had posted different picks in the thread. You will see in the thread that his opponent Netin! had already won according to the picks given. Dizoo however told me that the picks he had been sent by Lukasz were different from the ones he had received. I told him that picks he was sent count. Dizoo later quoted from the PM. That quoted post was off the IP of Lukasz however. (Same with post #309 in which Dizoo explains the situatun) So Lukasz ended up winning. I very much resent being used in the trick being played.

I post it here, so it can be decided what needs to be done in this situation.

:shrug: if it is true you guys have the same IP address means you have entered each other's account, if you entered each other's account it is possible you guys checked your rivals picks or even mess with pm bags for example.. or whatever.. the thing is..the idea of having an assist is so that you can trust your rival cant get access to your tips and this game is based on trust .. similar cases occured on MTF

usually it is one key up from "insert"

Take a look at both pictures. You will see a small yellow rectangle. This indicates the IP of that post. In this case it's 79.194.186.164 You will notice the IP is the same in the posts of Dizoo and Lukasz in the example I took from the Vina del Mar thread.

This is actually a rare look at some of the things that admins can see. I don't like doing that, but since Lukasz won't own up I am forced to show it.

I also related the situation from yesterday where Dizoo asked me a question regarding Lukasz and his picks. It ends up being Lukasz quoting the PM on this board. The IP is a Polish one.

If this all true, that's just plain sad. And a ban is in order :rolleyes:

i think a 2 year ban , as in MTF TT, for first time "mistake" should be done.. if we catch them using multiple accounts or other new accounts it should be a permanent ban (as Karim Vlassic did)

But we're taking care of it. Look at the betting scandals, as well. We just have to punish and correct it but cut our losses and move on.

I can probably simplify it for you. What they most likely did is change their own picks or just make up picks so they would win. The picks from other posters were valid, they were all posted in the thread. The thing is that Lukasz already had posted his picks in the thread and those of his opponent Netin!. Play had not been completed and eventually it turned out that on those picks Netin! would win instead of Lukasz. So he send me a PM saying that Lukasz had posted old picks in the thread (under the Dizoo account). He then posted as Dizoo the picks that were supposedly really sent by Lukasz to Dizoo. Of course these picks had Lukasz as the winner.

I agree. It is very difficult to award ranking points to others in this case.

These fools have ruined the tournament and cheated. They will never manage a tourney again, and I'd say at least a 2 year ban is in order. If people think that is too harsh, then 1 year as a minimum.

he made a really big stupid mistake.. he opened a couple of accounts for relatives and working colleagues.. and he handled them together with his brother..

he never cheated on the tournaments he managed for the TT circuit (well.. he only got to manage tournaments for the spanish-speaking circuit and not the official tour on MTF but anyway)

i think its because badejos is lukasz rui and he has been playing with multiple accounts - he is a sad person to cheat on an internet game with no rewards for winning :o and he told a mod to f-off also.

Most notable example was in PYW Vina del Mar, where all three accounts voted in a very short space behind each other (with identical votes) and all from the same IP. I have not received an explanation, but only rude answers telling me to fuck off and look for a doctor. So either I get a reasonable explanation or I don't, in which case I will certainly not hesitate to ban all three accounts. It is up to you, like I said.

It is slightly different. Lukasz posted from the account of Dizoo. Dizoo did not post from the IP of Lukasz. But there are two other accounts that have similar IP's to Lukasz. That is the current situation.

A decision will be made regarding this case soon. This will be a decision regarding breach of board rules, more in particular exchanging passwords, which is strictly forbidden.

Lukasz and Dizoo have been suspended for a month for trading passwords. A suspension of two weeks has been given to Netin! for the same. The accounts of BadeJos and Lilyanne were permanently banned, for being double accounts without prior consent of the admins.

There is a difference between being banned or suspended from the entire site and being banned from the game of Tennis Tipping. As I explained to some people asking me, as an admin I ban or suspend people for breaking site rules. I don't make decisions about whether or not someone can play a game, since I am not the game runner.

The thing James is that we no longer know who is the game runner...

It does not strictly, but it is most likely what he meant. It does not seem to be too effective to be nitpicking over each other's contributions.

Well guys i propose to have again a TT board of 8 persons lets say that are aware of all the rules and are really commited to the game and have the time to always be around and be able to solve the problem that happens.

This 8 members lets say (its just a number) should represent everyone in the game, and not be only with the previous board. I think that a good board could be persons that represent each group of the game, dont matter if they like each other or not, its like a country board, from all the politics groups lets say that way :p.

I'd like to be part of this new board.. as you can see im commited to the game, and i really enjoy playing/running it so i'd like to be part of it, and i'd give my 100% for this to work..

I added 2 separate americas because lately a lot of people of Latin America have joined the game (my DDL group of TT of MTF, that is a non official TT we have for spanish speaking people, those are here FERGIE, FIBER, DULKOGII,and a lot of more people ;)..

Why does it say previous board for me? I was never involved in the game running. How about the Asian/Australian posters? There are a lot of them. They should be represented if you want to choose a regional approach to this.
