When I try to log in to the chat, it keeps saying: unable to connect to server. Or something like that.
I've already tried with changing cookies and stuff, but it doesn't work!

It used to happen, it should anymore. :) You wont have been able to connect tonight because of a server failure at our end. This has been resolved now and the chat is working again.
