Well, I have to admit, Eva Dyrberg was overall the better player today. A few flashes of good form from Kristie, reminding me how she almost beat Justine at Wimbledon. But a 6-4 6-2 result, though Kristie lost, it was maybe less painful to watch than some of the three-set wins I've seen Kristie achieve! Based on today's matches, I tip Dyrberg for the title.
Kristie can take heart from having beaten three good players this week. This should give her confidence for next year, and her ranking is now going back up again!
