In the semifinals, she's facing 5th seed Lindsay Davenport, who upset Elena Dementieva in 3 sets. Mary and Lindsay are tied 1-1 this season, but Lindsay, the in-form player of this summer with two titles on hardcourts, won their last encounter 67(5) 60 64 in Vancouver, two weeks ago.
