I've realized that I made a small mistake with the rankings... I was doing the Tier III tournaments based on the $175,000 ranking points, but I realize now it should have been done on the $200,000..... it's not that big a different, but I've changed the rankings... here's what the ranking points look like:

Winner: 140 (from 120)
Finalist: 100 (from 85)
Semifinalists: 65 (from 55)
Quarterfinalists: 35 (from 30)
2nd Round: 20 (from 16)
1st Round: 1 (still 1)

I've gone through and edited all Tier III draws (men's and women's) and posted them in their respective tournament threads. I've changed the current rankings, but due to lack of time I'm not going to go back through and change them from every week :p. It didn't change them that much, didn't change the standings at all, but it just gave some people extra points.



Also, I've decided to make rankings more detailed, on top of the ones we already have. So, attached to this post (and from now on to the posts in the rankings thread) there is an extra one that shows the detailed rankings, like how many ranking points each player got from each tournament. Check it out, let me know what you think ;) And, oh yeah, it includes every player, even those that are now retired... just so that it's more similar to the real WTA rankings ;)

I've only done the women's right now... men's will be posted here when I finish!!!!

I've realized now that the ranking points for $180,000 Tier III and $200,000 Tier III are the same... when I went to change the schedule so it read the right amount, I realized that I already had Tier III's listed as $200,000! But, for some reason when I did the first draws I did it based on $175,000 Tier III :confused: :shrug:

But, everything is fixed now... Tier III's are worth a total of $200,000

I've calculated like half of it.... I just got the detailed rankings done so that's my next project ;)
