The programme got stuck on me today and then went from 14% to 13%, I solved it by ending the task. This stops the current task from running you then connect to the server to get a new one. To do this press ctrl alt del then go to processes and choose ud_(whatever no.).exe and end it.

I have posted this because I believe that a few of our team members have had to download a second device when the first one get's stuck.
