Welcome to the Ladies Tennis Tour sign-up thread! Here you can sign up for the best game with the best players of the game! The Ladies Tennis Tour is a new style of game that is going to be the most original and the most riveting yet. It’s a game that is different from other games on this board.

Ladies Tennis Tour will have a 'fantasy season' schedule that has a 18-22 week long cycle.

How do I play?

Choose any current or retired professional tennis player on the WTA Tour, that has been ranked within the TOP 100.:) If you used to play LTT, it's exactly the same. It's very simple, fun, and one of the most entertaining games around. If you appreciate point games, organization, beautiful tournament threads, than you'll gladly want to play on the Ladies Tennis Tour.

The scoring of this game is exactly like playing tennis. But since this is the Internet, you obviously aren't playing tennis but you are playing 'virtual-tennis'.


To play the game and win matches all you have to do is send in a list of 1 to 13 in numbers. The person who has the highest number in each section of the 1-13 numbers wins a game of the set.
In Doubles and Mixed Doubles, the format is exactly the same as SINGLES. Communication is the KEY for success. We only require 1 player to send points per team.

If both players sent the same point in that particular game of the match, there’ll be coin-toss. If there is more then ONE 'CT' in each set, it will then be 'ALTERNATE CT'S' to be fair to all players.So this sounds pretty confusing but it's very easy to understand when you look at the example below.

So this is an example of Maria Sharapova vs. Venus Williams


THE SCORING SYSTEM
All you just need to do is spread 1 to 13 into 13 parts for 3 sets

How do I sign-up and play tournaments?

:wavey: All you have to do is select a player you want to be and their Nationality.

Also it is compulsary that you send NEW POINTS atleast every 2-3 weeks, or you really wont have a winning chance in the game. ;)

No, you can only send 13 in ONE Game of each set. The other twelves spaces left will be used by the following numbers:

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13

You cannot repeat the same numbers or use anything higher than 13, nor can you add the numbers together.

All you have to do is scatter the #'s throughout the set.

Example:

6-9-2-8-3-13-12-11-1-10-4-5-7

Notice, how we use all the numbers above? :)

Next Week: We have TWO Events running. A T2 and T3 - Entries are decided by latest Rankings, so there is no need for COMMITMENTS!. 32 Players in Each Draw.

We give TWO WC'S away for the T2 Event.

Points: You send POINTS once a week. Your Singles Points will be added onto your Doubles Partners Singles Points and thats how we play Doubles.

Mixed: Select a MALE ATP Tour Professional Player and Post in here: http://www.wtaworld.com/showthread.php?t=198646 :) - You must send seperate points for Mixed Doubles. It is the same format as Singles.
