It's been 3 days now that I have finished my last task and I still don't recieve a new one. I always get the message as if I wasn't connected.

Some of us had the same problem beginning of the week, but it was Ok a few hours later.
You haven't changed Service Provider, or changed the ***** setting inside that blue-bubble?

do you have a firewall installed? You could have some ports blocked. I'll check at home what ports it uses..I don't know it.

ports 80 and 443.
80 is http, normal web traffic. 443 is https, encrypted http

I wonder why it uses https :confused: it's not that there are important data...

well if you have a firewall, check it..it could be blocking UD to get a connection to the server

It's working again. :)

But not by itself. I have closed it and opened it again, with entering name, password etc. Then it downloaded the new task.
