You don't remember that match very well. When she said that quote, Venus played against Novatna in the '98 Wimbledon QF.

Yeah, if you watch her matches, whenever she gets broken she gets pissed and tries to murder the first return of serve.

I wish the girls would serve, move, and hit their groudstrokes like they did in 2002-2003. Neither of them are as good as they were in the 2003 Oz final. I thought this was a bad match when I first saw it, now I realize how good they were. Come on girls get back to this!!

I've been vedio-tapin match clips that are shown on a small italian channel that i get - when the vedio is totally full, i will be sending it to a store that converts vedio into something i can use on the computer - i will be needing your help when that happens kammgretel.
so far i caught some great match clips, including mariana diz oliva, vivi rauno pascual, testud, vintage dokic, a very young petrova, henin and sugiyama looking way young and more.

During the clips, the tape slows down a ton. You can't play it in Real Player unless you have a really advanced real player. I'm playing it in DivX Player and it's better, but still slowing down some. Was this match recorded in HDTV? If so, the normal Real Player will probably have problems playing it.

Not complaining though, this match only proves that if their seedings were higher at this tournament, who knows how far Serena would've gone and where Venus might've been (not in Kim's quarter). Even though their were a lot of errors, they were both hitting the ball pretty cleanly and harder than any other player at the tournament.

i recorded the match from espn2. Lindsay was in the zone in this match off her serve and the ground, but Kim folded at the end with a ton of df and fh errors.

Use VLC player, it plays everything without you having to download any codecs. Just google it and its the first page.

i don't have it. in fact, i don't even have it on tape. i watched it on a ferry going from island to island while i was in croatia. venus fought hard to stay in the match, but she wasn't consistent enough off the ground.
