santhuruu, any news on the Venus/Kuznetsova Warsaw 04 match? ;) :p

thank god I taped that match. it was a good match from Venus. It kind of showed the how Venus' ground game has changed just since 2004. Now she seems so rigid off the ground. Even in 2004 her shots were more flowing and natural. Not once did she did a forehand with her right leg in front of her left. She played great in the first set and just well enough in the second set. Kuzy choked in the final game to basically give the set and match to Venus at 5-4 Sveta serving. I can't upload the match, but just thought I'd let you know about it.

does anyone have any old alexandra stevenson matches? the only match i have ever seen from hers was at the us open when i saw her play vivi ruano pascual and lose in two tough straight sets

but i would love to have seen her play when she was playing her best tennis, i've heard great things about her game when it was on

Mauresmo_v_Hingis_2ndset_doha from 2-1 Mauresmo(started there because of adverts had just been shown) till finish, really good quality xvid,you may have to turn your speakers up as I compressed the audio to up the video quality,this would have been up hours ago but megaupload failed me for the first time so lets hope filefactory is ok.

Maybe 2nd torrent with 408.88 MB will be more good.
I download it right now.

I'm starting to upload doha final now and yes it's to megaupload,why megaupload? because it the only reliable server to upload too,you may be able to d/load from others but try uploading to them and believe me I've tried them all,nothing worse than spending 5 hours uploading a file only to find it fails at the end,anyway at least megaupload allows decentish upload speeds of about 30kb/s.

Thanx to everybody's whose uploaded all these great tennis videos :D! Phew, I've spent a good hour skimming the whole thread to find interesting matches that I never got the chance to watch.

So many people worked so hard! It's amazing!

There are some tennis matches that I might be able to upload. First I'd need to download them, lol, and of course figure out to split them, as megaupload has a limit of 250MB.

Has anybody a DivX of OpenGazDefFrance final? (torrent or some else)
it would be fantastic to see this match.

has it not been uploaded? I have a xvid file,kinda big at the minute,3gbs,but I can make much smaller and upload in parts to megaupload.

I'm currently downloading Tokyo 2006 - Martina VS Dementieva. It's gonna take a whole day, lol. Oh man.

Questions about the splitting program: Is the sound always off when the files are split?

It's weird, because I tried splitting the Henin-Hardenne/Sharapova Aussie SF, but the sound and video are not in sync. Is there a trick to splitting the files? The original file is awesome, but the splitted files are not. Let me know, because the videos are not watchable because the video doesn't match the sound...

Hmm, windows media player worked for me. I think they're .avi files, so whatever program can play that format? I'm not very sure, actually!

To play avi, divx or xvid ... whatever... if u haven't already, I think u need to install some codecs into your windows media player before u can watch it.

There's a codecs pack here.. Just download it, double click it and let it do its thing! =)

if you wanna know what you need to play a avi file get gspot http://www.headbands.com/gspot/ and open the video file with it.

Part 2 of Venus Williams vs. Patty Schnyder WTA Stanford semifinal 2005, it's from 3-2 for Schnyder until 6-2 first set for Schnyder and in the second set until 2-1 for Venus. This part also includes the marathon game that was produced by both ladies in the first game of the second set. Eventually Venus survived five break points and won the game after a lot of times deuce.

Yeah i did get them from the serena board. But the ones i have are the serena vs. venus australian open final 03 and the serena vs. venus miami quater final 05.

I would put Venus vs Maria Wimbledon semis 05 its one of my fav matches of venus! They are like 4 parts , made by Knizzle a while ago. With the Final I have two versions, one from chinese tv and the one with NBC coverage, they are two different kind of things, the bad thing is that the NBC coverage its 800 mbs, i still have to burn it. Ill put the venus maria tomorrow

I would like to get venus vs maria semis wimbledon too but the chinese version or eurosport, NBC coverage (second set) or whatever, just to have different angles from the action, if anyone has that it would be awesome! Let me know!! I know someone can find those. Maybe Jimmy? dont know ! :)

And if you want a tip, when it's 2 all in the second set, the first point is a magnificent point with great athletic moves of Schiavone and powerfull groundies of Serena, and at the end of the point Serena hits a fast/hard/powerfull forehand passing shot and Schiavone couldn't control the ball and makes a really funny scream!
