Olga Kalyuzhnaya?
She was having a decent career by getting consistent results at the 25Ks and some showdowns at 50Ks, the last year she played (2003), she got to play the qualies of three GS, getting to the second Q-round of the US Open, and right after that tournament she played a 25K in Russia, where she lost to Olga Savchuk in three sets and hasn't played since then...
